Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 mango (washed, peeled and diced)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (coriander)
  • 1 tomato (washed and diced)
  • 1 cucumber (washed, peeled and diced)
  • Half jalapeno (quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced)
  • ½ lime (juice)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Pinch of salt
Methods
  1. Add all ingredients into a serving bowl and toss to mix.
  2. Serve immediately
