1. This recipe looks really nice and im really keen to try it! Is it possible to leave out the agave, or to use something else instead? Kind regards:)

      Thanks for checking out the recipe. Yes of course you can leave out the agave by replacing with a little honey, sugar or leave it out altogether. Still tastes good.

  2. Can you make this in a large batch and freeze portions to use as needed in the future? I’m new to Vegan cheese and I am unsure if freezing would make it weird or unusable? Thanks!

    • Hi Meagan,

      I have never had to freeze the cashew cheese before because it always gets used up within a week in the refrigerator. I would imagine it would be okay but there will be a bit of excess water separation after thawing. So the taste would be the same but texture will be more running than before.
