Method
- Add 8 cups of water in a pot at medium heat and bring to boil.
- Add egg noodles, stir and remove after 30 seconds. Drain and set aside.
- Heat wok on high heat and add oil. Allow oil to heat up before adding noodles.
- Add all the seasonings and stir with wooden spoon or chopsticks to combine well.
- Add the vegetables, toss to combine and stir another 30 seconds. Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
