Vegan Matcha Latte with Coconut Cream
This creamy, vegan matcha latte with fluffy, whipped coconut cream is a dessert in itself. Refreshing and healthy, it will keep you energized for a long day!

- 1 & ½ teaspoon of matcha green tea powder Ryu Mei
- 1-2 teaspoon of agave syrup depending on desired sweetness
- ¼ cup of warm water
- ¾ cup of soy milk Soy Dream Soymilk vanilla flavor
- Whipped coconut cream
Add matcha green tea powder and water into cup and stir until powder has fully dissolved.
Add agave and stir to mix.
Add ¾ cup of chilled soy milk and stir to mix.
Add two tablespoons of whipped coconut cream and serve immediately.
